No ranking, no ranked servers, no unlocks, just fast fun, gameplay.

I die just as fast on UT3 as i did when I started playing 2142.

Fast, Furious, and some really top notch players already.
Previous UT players have literally a leg up on everyone else.

But the learning curve is steep.

I both played with and against Dr. Sin tonight, and it was a blast. I latched onto his manta after deciding to follow him to see what would happen, and he got me to the other team's flag, secured, out, and back in like 7 seconds.

Then he switched sides, and it got much more challenging. There's only about 6 people right now that seem to know the 2 bests way to take a flag, and 2 of them were on the other side including Dr. Sin, and Rahruh. I had to hop in the tank just to keep our side in things, which had it's own attractions: :mutley:

To my team this evening, great job on the heals. :2thumbs: And if you ever see Dr. Sin or Rahruh, follow them around a bit to see how they approach flag attack. Rahruh in particular can be stopped because he tends to go the same way; learn it, and then apply the lessons to your own flag taking. :D

I managed to kill him on foot at least once too. All in all, a good, fun night, with lots of regulars peppering new players.
