Sorry guys, but sitting AFK won't help :cry: I appreciate the idea, but we need real life talking, chatting, playing, shooting and killing folks in there, then it only takes 2 or 3 players to get us going.

I can simulate AFK players with bots or FakeClients, but we need folks willing to sit then play (like I did all weekend, and it works, but is quite a time commitment)...

no can play during the day for me, but i've been on most nights for an hour at least.

Looking forward to being on tonight as well, probably around 8pm or so.

Could we have a few bots in there to ensure that those of us who kick start the server have at least a little something to do? Something to make sure that the overall player count is at a min 4 people...1 person, 3 bots / 2 people, 2 bots / 3 people, 1 bot / 4 people+ no bots

I played a little DoD (non-source). There were bots for it and it was terrible. They were either not good at all or you died immediately. I hope that if they do make bots for source, the AI is somewhat realistic.

I prefer to have easy targets for 30 mins while I sit in the server alone trying to kick start it than just being me running around capping 2 flags :)

I didn;t mind the DOD bots, as long as there weren't too many of them
