i havent boughten my halo 3 yet but can you sit in 3rd person? or was that just somebody spectating it. because if you can use 3rd i dont know if ill buy it.

You cannot use third person. Halo 3 has a Theater mode that automatically saves everything you do (campaign, solo, coop, multi, whatever) into a film clip on Bungie's servers. I believe there is a limit on how many it will save automatically, but I'm not sure about this as the one time I played with it I hadn't had the game that long. I had around 20 auto-saved films on there, though...pretty much everything I had done in the game to that point.

Anyway, you can pull these games up in the Theater, and fast-forward, rewind, pause, move the camera freely, all kinds of cool stuff. It's pretty neat to watch yourself kicking butt in multiplayer. It's all in full HD too, so it looks really good when you zoom in to the action.

It auto saves 25 films and the oldest ones keep dropping off as you continue to play. You can permanently save them if you really like them though. You can also take screen shots and make smaller video clips from with in the videos themselves. Its actually a really awesome thing! There is also a file share feature where if you upload your video or screen shots your friends can down load them too.

man i wish i saved my stickys last night. I threw one across the map for fun twice in one game and both stuck someone for the kill. the second throw was toward the end of the game and i got a double on it. That was lucky. But this video takes teh cake. It was just funny to watch!

If they were last night, they should still be saved in your theater, unless you've played 25 matches or 25 solo missions since then.

I'm going to have to see if I can get some of the footage from when I was playing at my friends house from his Xbox to my computer. I was flying along in the Banschee in Valhalla when I flew too low and got hijacked. As I was flying away with the gun on me I flew past the air-lift thing at the enemy base just as someone was leaving it. This person hit the person currently trying to hijack me and it killed them both. :twisted:
We watched it a few times going no way... OMFG!
