So what happens when you try to connect? Does it get any IP??Have you tried connecting directly to your modem??

Also make sure the network isnt giving the same ip# twice. My buddy has this prob a few times. Where is he turned on his laptop it would boot him on ps3 or vice versa because his network tried giving out the same ip #.
if you change settings make sure you reboot the pc and modem and allow it time to reset. Ive also seen this cause issues with connecting.
Last but not least im not sure but its reasonable that to much wireless equipment might cause issues as well. Make sure the ps3 isnt near a microwave either.
These are fixes i used for a buddy who has ps3 issues trying to get it online.

From the router you can assign the ip to that mac address of the ps3. That is what i have done to mine and other pc's at home.
