Does this do anything? I lost a match because someone was an asshat and cheated. They had 2 guests which weren't really guests, and went around killing them without even touching the rest of us in a rumble pit.

Tayeke was at my place playing with me, and he has his own account so we both filed a complaint towards this player.

Will anything happen to him? I hope so, because he was a bastard when we went to the party up menu, trying to act cocky for killing non existent players.

I don't think it does anything. The best thing you can do is rate them as "Avoid This Player", that will both lower their rating and make it unlikely that you will ever be in a server with them again. I have done this a few times, and never run into those particular people again, although that may be due more to the enormous number of people playing than the rating system.

Its always best to simply avoid a player, as it will affect you immediately. Filling a complaint does work, but it takes many complaints for any action to be taken.

For example, It costs about $10 to change your name on xbox live, so now people are having their friends file a complaint based on their name so microsoft will make them change it for free. It usually takes about 10 or so people to complain.

They look at every complaint that is received, but just remember, that it takes way more than just one complaint before and action is taken.

I just usually put the avoid on and it seems to work fine.
